BEAUTIFUL OCEANFRONT VIEW CONDO - RENOVATION DISCOUNTS AS POSTED

My husband and I have rented a beach condo twice from Marilyn and her assistant Magaly, and both experiences were great. The condos were beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean, and well-stocked with everything we could need. The location is extraordinary--right on the beach, with access to stunning pools and a jacuzzi, and an easy walk into the heart of South Beach. Both Marilyn and Magaly are wonderful. They responded promptly to all of our communications and questions, and even went out of their way to help us with special requests.

I have stayed in two different units at the Roney over the past two years. Things I have enjoyed: no surprises - clean and spacious units with great views of the ocean exactly as portrayed in the pictures; reading on the balcony while drinking my morning coffee; being able to prepare our own food in fully functional kitchens (Whole Foods and Publix a five-minute drive away for stocking up); professional and friendly dealings with Magaly and Marilyn (thanks again for the tomatoes Marilyn!); terrific condos right on the beach and the seemingly endless boardwalk; two very nice pools with free towel service and comfortable seating; no fuss free valet service (I've rented a car each time although you don't need one if you just want to stay on Miami Beach / SoBe); location that is a ten minute walk to Lincoln Road (the best pedestrian walkway in the world); next door to the Gansevoort Hotel and its excellent rooftop bar. There is also a museum and library across the street and a Walgreen's for any forgotten supplies. I could go on.. but you get the idea.

I hope to keep going back for years to come with family and friends. Highly recommended!

we stayed at the condo for the month of feb. 2012 and had a wonderful stay.
The view from the balcony overlooks the pool and hot tub area as well as the boardwalk, beach and ocean.
We were impressed at the cleanliness and maintenance of the heated pool areas, grounds and property in general.
The boardwalk is readily accessible and a pleasure to use to travel to all the action along Lincoln Ave and beyond.
The only minor negatves were the sqeakie balcony sliding door and adequate, but not new furnishings in the condo. The condo was fully stocked.
Magaly was very professional to deal with and her associate Marilyn was there to greet us and address any concerns. We would definitely stay here again.
