Photos and Description of the Ormond Beach vacation cottage rental - 2 bedrooms, 1 & 1/2 baths, sleeps 8

This shabby chic beach cottage (1,400 sq ft) is located less than 3/10 of a mile from the beach. Both bedrooms have queen size beds, there are two full size futons plus a chair futon in the living room. Nothing matches yet it all seems to work! The sun room can be closed off for a 3rd bedroom with a day bed. Linens and towels are provided, you will want to bring your own beach towels. The yard is fenced and there is a one car attached garage. A nice large covered patio is on the back of the house next to the sun room. The cottage is just 10 minutes from Main Street (5 miles), less than30 minutes to the Speedway and airport, 1 hour from St Augustine (52 miles) and 1 hour from Orlando attractions (63 miles). Our cottage is non smoking, so we ask that you please smoke outside. Lots of patio furniture provided. There is an inviting hammock hanging from a shady tree. Great way to relax after a day at the beach. The cottage also has books, board games, dice, playing cards, and puzzles.

    Weekly and monthly rates vary during special events (Bike week, Biketoberfest, Speed Weeks and Coke 400). Rates for these weeks are up to $1600.

    Deposit due at the time of booking (1/4 of the rent). Remaining to be paid two weeks prior to arrival. This is a new rental property so until we get burned no security deposit or cleaning fee!

    Saturday through Saturday rentals. Check-in is on Saturday anytime after 4:00pm. Check out is on the following Saturday by 10:30.

Notes: 2 queen beds, 2 full futons, 1 twin futon, 1 twin day bed. The kitchen is full of gadgets: coffee grinder, food processor, electric juicer, mixer, ice bucket, martini shaker, etc.. Also wine glasses, margarita glasses and martini glasses. Some fun fish plates for entertaining guests. We have supplied over 100 DVD and VHS movies for your enjoyment. We have also added for your beach enjoyment several beach umbrellas, beach tent, fishing casting net and lots of sand toys for the little ones. The patio off the back of the house is covered and has lots of garden chairs. There is a swing hanging from our tree in the back yard, if you stretch it out it becomes a hammock. There is lots of shade a great way to spend the afternoon.
