Located on a private cul-de-sac, this two-bedroom house is perched on a knoll that overlooks a small organic vineyard. It is only 1/2 mile from Cape Cod National Seashore and bike trail and one mile from Coast Guard Beach. You will enjoy ocean breezes on the deck and living areas during the hot summer months, and the sun and thermal currents from the southeast-facing slope that the deck overlooks during the spring and fall. Renovated in May/ June 2004, this finely crafted home is bright, clean and the perfect place to relax between beach and Provincetown outings. Friendly owners who live in house next door are available to quickly address your needs.
