The Carriage House at 5401 Collins Avenue is located on 'Millionaire's Row' the most beautiful stretch of land along Miami Beach. This air-conditioned luxury condominium with direct ocean view has 1000 square feet and is located close to designer shops of Bal Harbour, exquisite art galleries, gourmet restaurants, the world famous Lincoln Road and the nightlife of South Beach. It has a master bedroom with a King size bed and a breathtaking direct panoramic view of the ocean from both, the living room and the bedroom with its own balcony. The living room is huge and has a guest half bath, a dining room, a kitchen fully equipped and a balcony. Outside you can enjoy the Olympic-size pool, a jacuzzi, a fully equipped gym, tennis courts, racquetball courts, and guest services. In the lower level you have a beauty salon, a grocery store, and a full restaurant. Parking is included and you can park your own car or use valet parking.
