1.7 miles from the Sugarbush Access Rd, for long and short-term rentals during the 2006/07 ski season, this property is perfect for two couples to share, or a family/ group of 4-8. Perched on top of a rock ledge, with gardens all around the houses, the romantic setting of this property is enhanced by the lovely, sunlight-reflecting interiors of this one bedroom house and one bedroom cottage that overlooks The Mad River on one side and the Granville Gulf on the other. The main house has a large front deck off the living area, glass exterior walls on two sides of the living room, a huge fireplace, and a full kitchen, with a counter for seating. The main bathroom is off the kitchen and has a tub with shower. The master bedroom (sleeps 2) includes a dressing room (with room for a crib) and a bathroom with a deep soaking tub. An adjacent 3 bedroom, 3 bath house (sleeps 4-6) with spectacular views is also available for short-term rental, please call for further details and rates.
