Top golf community in so.Sarasota near Siesta Key: This golf condo complex in Stoneybrook Golf and Country Club also has a heated pool and tennis court. There are 5 lighted har-tru tennis courts, a larger pool and health club facility at the Clubhouse. Also at the club house are a dining room , grill and pro shop. A carport parking space and storage locker for beach chairs, bikes and golf clubs are located just outside the condo.
Stoneybrook Golf course is a semi-private course,: Transfer of golf club membership includes all facilities at the club house. This is an optional amenity with a transfer fee of $210 + tax. It is recommended during high season when tee times are difficult to come by. It also includes access to some of Sarasota's best Golf Courses. During the off season - April- Oct- tee times are easy to get.
Golf: Stoneybrook Golf and Country Club is the closest golf community to Siesta Key. This quiet Palmer Ranch area condo overlooks the 9th tee at this lovely Arthur HIlls designed golf course(Golf Digest 4 rated in 2003). The golf course and surrounding conservation areas are teeming with wildlife, adding a pleasing element to your round of golf. Recently renovated, first floor, end unit with screened lanai. Two bedrooms: 1King, 1 w/ 2 twins, rollout sofa. Gated community. Heated swimming pool and tennis court at condo plus larger pool, 5 lighted har tru courts, fitness center, dining room, pro shop, and more at the Clubhouse. Just a short drive to lovely Siesta Beach, Venice beaches, Sarasota restaurants, entertainment, museums and more. Small transfer fee for golf and country club privileges. Minimum rental 30 days.
Other Activities: Best white sugar sand beach in the world and boating and water activities available nearby.
