  • There is also 11% tax, and a $600.00 refundable damage deposit, (refunded if house is left in order as found).
    Deposit can be personal check, money order, or travelers check.

  • In order to make a reservation, we require a deposit of 1/2 of the rental rate within 5 days of request

    Balance is due in full within 30 days of arrival.

    Call for off season monthly/nightly rates.

    Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.

    $175.00 per week extra to heat pool March to December, $250.00 December to March.

    A fee of 25% of the total rent will be charged in case of cancellation. Deposit will be forfeited if not canceled (in writing), prior to 30 days before check-in.

    'No smoking and no pets.'

    Credit Cards accepted through PayPal, (3% Fee).
