This superb executive villa is described as having the best plot on the prestigious Watersong development. Set in a secure gated community in a rural setting only 15 minutes drive South of Disney World this villa is perfectly located for easy access to the parks and to the other amazing Orlando attractions and all that Florida has to offer. The fully air conditioned villa is privately owned and has five bedrooms and four bathrooms. With a choice of sitting rooms and a large well equipped kitchen this villa is perfect for two or more families to share or for a single family - all will enjoy the luxury and space. There is also the added bonus of a games room including pool table, bar football and even some gym equipment- something for all ages! After a long day at the parks the over-sized deck area with heated pool and spa are perfect for chilling and recharging your batteries ready for another day with Mickey Mouse!

The villa enjoys free wi-fi with a lap-top provided plus an i-pod docking station. Also free use of the clubhouse and its amenities during your stay which include volleyball, concierge, cyber cafe, pool and spa, fitness suite, kids play area.

Booking Notes:

A non-refundable 10% deposit is required to secure the booking - preferred method of payment is via BACS although we do accept cheques. If paying by cheque the booking will only be held for 5 days to allow time for postage - if cheque is not received in that time the booking will be cancelled and the villa will be offered for rental. It is possible to take credit card bookings however this is subject to a 4% charge. Payment for the balance must be made in full 8 weeks before departure.
