Our Stoney Creek townhouse is a VIP unit backing to the Marsh with a small view of the Caliboue Sound, and only 1 block to world famous Harbourtown and the Heritage Golf Course! (Home of the MCI Heritage Classic) *Unique* You have free tennis at the Sea Pines Racquet Club (across the street *about 20 yards from your front door) when you stay at our townhome! Our 3 bedroom 3.5 bath townhouse is professionally decorated, with new ceramic tile flooring on the main level. We removed the walls in the kitchen to bar level and its all new with beautiful white cabinetry, granite counter tops, and new upgraded appliances! There is a laundry room off the kitchen with a full-size washer/dryer. The main level also boasts a powder room, perfect while entertaining! There is a separate dining room and a sunk-in living room featuring sliding glass Pella doors leading to the lovely patio (equipped with a charcoal grill and patio furniture), backing to the Marsh.

There is a convenient fenced in area at the front of the house perfect for bike storage. The famous Harbourtown Trolley stops just 20 yards from your front door, and takes you all over Sea Pines 3 seasons a year at 'no charge'. You can't beat this location for family fun! Stoney Creek has a super pool! We are only 4 minutes from the Sea Pines Beach Club by car or 10 minutes by a beautiful bike ride! You can walk to some of the finest restaurants & pubs on the Hilton Head!
