Beautiful Katama farmhouse with large front porch and large front/backyard. Enjoy this comfortable and immaculate home minutes from South Beach and downtown Edgartown. This 3 bedroom / 2 bath family home offers unique post and beam interior with mahogany floors, large living room with a fireplace, and second floor family loft. The newly remodeled kitchen is fully stocked and has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Sleeping accommodations for 8-10. The extra large lot has an over sized deck and an enclosed outside shower. Cable TV and wireless internet available, as well as local and long distance calling as a courtesy.
