This Corn Hill Landing contemporary reverse-style year-round beach home is located on a 156' high private road which provides wonderful bayviews and distant views of Provincetown Light. The huge private decks are great for sunbathing or private parties. The home is located a short walk from the private deeded beach. The area is quiet with houses far apart, but only minutes drive to Cape Cod's best protected National Seashore dunes, ocean beaches and bike paths. Close to Provincetown's quaint village, restaurants, and night life. The house has a new kitchen and has been updated throughout with new paint, carpets and tile. The property has an outdoor hot and cold shower. New refrigerator and dishwasher installed in 2008.
