This charming 2nd floor condo with vaulted ceilings and ceiling fans throughout is located in Lely Resort, conveniently situated between downtown Naples and Marco Island. It is a short drive to the beaches and shopping in both communities. Twelve Oaks is a small complex with mature plantings and a lovely large swimming pool (30 x 60), with BBQ grills at your disposal, and one of only 2 communities at Lely with it's own tennis courts. The lanai of this condo overlooks the Second fairway of the Flamingo Golf Course, one of the two championship golf courses on the immediate property. The Flamingo Course was designed by Robert Trent Jones Sr., while the other course, The Mustang, was designed by Lee Travino. No membership is required to play on either of these courses, and the Flamingo Clubhouse with public restaurant is only seconds away. All but the kitchen and entry area of this condo is carpeted, with yellow and blue decorating, and many of the comforts of home.

There are 3 golf courses at Lely, along with miles of lovely walking and biking trails. Beaches at both Naples and Marco Island are legendary for shelling and swimming and are easily accessible from Lely. Shopping at either Marco Island or Naples is only minutes away, and the beautiful Everglades begin right down the street making for exquisite sight/wildlife seeing. Naples also hosts a Philarmonic Orchestra, active Art Museum and Zoo. The town of Naples has over 60 art galleries, and some of the finest dining in Florida.
