At the heart of the old Jewish quarter of Seville's historic Santa Cruz, we find this elegant property surrounded by beautiful churches and traditional buildings, real treasures of Seville history: Santa María la Blanca (s XIII), El Convento of the Dominican Sisters (s XVI), La Candelaria Church and the Jardines de Murillo are immediate neighbors, and only 5 minutes walk to reach the Giralda and Cathedral. Casa Palacio San José is a charming Spanish mansion originally built in the seventeenth century and completely restored in 1993 by Rafael Manzano, the first and the only architect to have won the prestigious prize Richard H. Driehaus of classical architecture. So Casa Palacio San José shared qualities and finishes with the Hotel Alfonso XIII, landmark of Seville and elite travelers worldwide. This home features a spectacular and traditional Andalusian courtyard dominated by a central fountain, marble floor and surrounded by elegant Roman columns. Located on the second floor of this typical Sevillian house, the property has two bedrooms with en suite and a spacious private terrace overlooking the convent of the Dominican Sisters, and the street San José why in Semana Santa processions pass San Bernardo and La Candelaria. The interior is fresh and elegantly decorated. The living room is dominated by a large open space with two armchairs, a sofa and a dining table for four. The comfortable and spacious bedrooms overlook the courtyard, which keeps them cool during the warmer months of the year and provides great peace and quiet. Fabulous apartment

We were 2 couples so 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were a must. This apartment offered us so much more. The location was perfect and within walking distance to everything we wanted to do. We loved the patio and spent many evenings enjoying the bells of churches and the little bats flying overhead. The owner has paid attention to every detail and you will be well taken care of by the staff. It was a lovely oasis arriving after a hot day of touring the city. I would stay here again in a minute.

Casa Palacio San Jose III was pure perfection!

This stunning apartment in Seville, Spain was a dream come true! It is beautifully appointed in every aspect and is even better than the photo's portray. The furnishings were gorgeous. The decor was beautiful. The floorplan was ideal. The terrace views were amazing. And the amenities were fantastic and included fine linens/towels and a fully stocked kitchen. Everything was cleaned to perfection and spotless.
And the location could not have been better!
We were close to all the major attractions and could walk everywhere. The market was convenient as well. We were able to get everything we needed to make coffee & breakfast in the morning and enjoy on our own private terrace (off the living room) which was lush with beautiful bouganvilla. In the evenings, we enjoyed incredible sunsets with wine and tapas on the upper terrace. It was all magnificent!
I also want to mention that the rental process and service from Spain Select was outstanding. Everything was managed in a prompt, efficient and professional manner. All personnel could not have been more accomodating! I would highly recommend Spain Select to family and friends if they are ever traveling to Spain. I have traveled all over Europe and this was one of the most impressive accomodations I have seen yet!
