Brimming with designer stores, up-market boutiques and excellent cafes and restaurants, the tree-lined  Calle Serrano and its surrounding streets feature some of the most exclusive shops and services in the city. The famous Parque del Buen Retiro is also very close to the apartment, and is ideal for enjoying a quiet afternoon stroll at the weekend. The beautiful Plaza de Colón and National Library are located directly opposite the apartment, whilst the art deco thoroughfare the Gran Vía is just a short walk away. The area has excellent transport links via bus, metro, train or taxi, allowing guests to explore the rest of the city and beyond with ease. The modern kitchen, with Corian worktops, is fully equipped with a fridge / freezer, oven, microwave, 4-ring ceramic hob, dishwasher and washing machine / dryer. There are two bedrooms (with dressing rooms): the master bedroom consists of a double bed (queen-sized 1.50m x 2.00m), 2 bed-side tables with lamps and en-suite bathroom with bath; and 1 twin (with 2 single beds 0.90m x 2.00m).
