With six bedrooms and an unbeatable seafront location, this modern semi-detached villa is located in the vibrant town of Puerto de Santa Maria. Situated on the Bay of Cadiz among stunning beaches, pinewood forests and marshes, Puerto de Santa Maria is a classic Andalusian town. Charming and traditional, the town is an important fishing port and home to a number of historical buildings and sights. A lively central market, busy shopping area, narrow winding streets and a castle which was once home to Christopher Colombus are all of interest to visitors. The town is also surrounded by two natural parks, making it the ideal spot for walkers, cyclists and nature lovers. And of course there are the beaches – the area boasts more than 15km of beautiful sandy beaches that lead into the sparkling Atlantic Ocean. There are a number of interesting and historic towns and cities nearby, including Conil de la Frontera, Jerez and Cadiz city, all of which are perfect for a day trip. The epitome of luxury and contemporary style, the villa itself is split over three levels and is a modern and spacious home away from home. Open-plan in design, the bright and spacious living area includes a sitting and dining room that opens out onto the patio via sliding glass doors, making it the perfect place to eat, drink, relax and socialise. The adjacent kitchen is large and fully-equipped with everything guests may need during their stay. Each of the six bedrooms has been individually furnished and designed, and a number of them include en-suite bathrooms and access to a balcony area with fantastic ocean views. The outside space is just as impressive as the interior, featuring a swimming pool, chill-out area and a dining table where guests can enjoy al-fresco meals. A private pathway leads directly from the property to the beach. The villa has been tastefully decorated throughout in a clean, contemporary fashion, with original art on the walls and individual pieces like a grand piano adding a stylish twist. With a wonderful beach-side location in one of Andalusia’s loveliest towns, this impressive villa is a great choice for a group of friends or family looking to get away from it all during their time in Spain. Surface area: 732m2. Four levels. The ground floor can be reached by the front door or through the French window from the terrace. Entering by the front door there is a small corridor with stair case and lift to the first floor on the right and the living and dining area in front of it. The dining area can seat up to 6 people. There is an antique piano on this floor. The living room is separated from the dining area just with a couple of stairs and it features three large comfortable sofas. The kitchen is situated next to the living room and comes fully equipped. A central island in the kitchen offers additional seating for two, for breakfast or informal dining. On the ground floor there is also a small guest toilet and a laundry room. On the first floor there are four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The master bedroom counts on the ample walk-in closet and a bathroom with Jacuzzi. On the second floor there is a room that can be used both as a bedroom or an office. It features a sofa, TV and a desk with chair. This room is surrounded by two ample terraces with spectacular views. The house also boats a basement with a garage, a wine cellar and another bedroom (with twin beds) and a bathroom. The villa features a lift. The outside area is a large garden with an infinity pool. The terrace is equipped with outdoor furniture for dining on fresh air and a set of sofas to relax.

BEAUTIFUL APARTMENT IN THE CENTER OF THE MADRID

We stayed in here in February with my wife and four kids. The apartment was immaculate. Very clean and Spainselect was very professional. We arranged for airport pickup and drop off through spainselect. Everything went according to plan. The driver was waiting at the airport and picked us up and got the keys for us. Even when our return flight was delayed we were able to delay the taxi pick up without a problem.

Tiago met us at the apartment at a time of our choosing to finalize the agreement. We did have one half day without hot water. The office cleared this up with one phone call very quickly.

The apartment itself is beautiful, bright and airy. It is absolutely in the center of town. Easy walks to the Prado and Thiessen museums, the Retiro park and Atocha train station where we took day trips. It is in the center of the tourist area with endless shops and restaurants. It does get a little noisy on Saturday night but otherwise very quiet neighborhood.

I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to a friend.

NICE APARTMENT IN GREAT LOCATION

We stayed for five days in this apartment with my three grown children. It was very clean and spacious. Someone from the owners met us at the apartment to give us keys, shown us the apartment and give us helpful information and tips. It is located in a nice part of town near the Prado Museum, Westin Hotel and Spanish Congress building. Around the corner is a Tourist information office. The metro is about 2 city blocks away and taxis are one block away.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor ( 3rd floor for us because in the USA we call the ground floor the 1st floor but they consider it to be the 0 floor). The elevator worked just fine. There was some street noise from evening garbage collection each night about 12 midnight but not much from cars or people because it is a small, little traveled one way street.

It is a very convenient and safe feeling location. There is a locked door to enter the apartment building. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone else.

There are lots of restaurants, small mom and pop grocery stores and small shops all around. We used aerocity taxi service to take us to the airport at the end of our stay because a normal taxi can only take four people and we were five. Aerocity was great! We called to reserve the night before for 9 am and the driver arrived early dressed in a suit in a very nice hotel-like van to take us directly to the airport for 40 euros. He drove very safely and professionally.
