Nestling in a secluded cove in the south-eastern corner of Spain near Mojacar, noted for the spectacular scenery that provided the background to a series of extremely successful "spaghetti" westerns, this unusual property is ideal for large groups or for up to three families holidaying together. With its four generously-proportioned bedrooms, all with large, tastefully-decorated en suite bathrooms, two separate self-contained apartments, its spacious, well-equipped kitchen capable of catering for large parties, and its semi-private beach shared with three other villas, this house is a perfect choice for a totally different holiday experience. Located well off the beaten tourist track, it is nevertheless just a very short drive to the neighbouring village of San Juan de los Terreros and only slightly further to the major coastal resort of Mojacar with its Moorish fortress, El Torreon, and its labyrinth of charming cobbled back streets and ample selection of shops and restaurants. This appealing, typically Andalusian-style property, perched on the very edge of a cove and commanding impressive sea views from all its bedrooms, provides accommodation for a total of 16 guests. The individual apartments, which can function separately as fully self-contained units, must however be rented together with the rest of the house. The house has parking for 4 cars and is accessed through electrically-operated gates ensuring security and privacy. If you are a large group planning to take your holiday together in a quiet yet easily accessible corner of Spain, with all the equipment and facilities (including satellite TV, air conditioning and telephone in every bedroom), then this unique property would make an ideal choice. 350m2 fully air-conditioning and heating on three floors: Ground floor: hall leading to dining room with Andalusian style patio. Table seats 8. Living room contains 3 large sofas, 2 coffee tables and table that seats 4, equipped with flat screen satellite TV, DVD, music equipment and a small office/library open to the living area. Right of the hall is the large fully equipped kitchen with table to seat 8 contains fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric hob and oven. Bedroom 1 is on the ground floor (2 single beds pushed together 0.90m x 1.90m). First floor: Master room with king sized bed (1.80m x 2.00m), Bedroom 3 and 4 contain queen size beds (1.60m x 2.00m). All bedrooms have sea views, en-suite bathrooms and an additional shower room on the ground floor, built in cupboards, satellite TV, stereo, telephone and a fridge. Bedrooms on the top floor have access to a large connecting terrace. Second floor: laundry room fully equipped with washing machine, dryer and incredible sea views, accessed through the roof terrace. Apartments: Apartment 1: is situated on the ground floor with one double bedroom (2 single beds pushed together 0.90m x 1.90m) bathroom and large living area with bed-sofa and open plan kitchen fully equipped with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, ceramic hob and oven. Apartment 2: is on the first floor (above the first) and has one double bedroom (1.60m x 2.00), bathroom, living area with sofa bed and dining table that seats 4, separate kitchen equipped with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, ceramic hob and oven. Private terrace overlooking the sea. Both apartments have views of the sea from the lounges and bedrooms and fully equipped kitchens.
