Boasting a great central location in Santa Cruz, one of the oldest and most atmospheric neighbourhoods in Seville, this lovely two bedroom apartment is the perfect base from which to explore this beautiful city. Historical Santa Cruz is a maze of narrow streets and flower-filled patios, classical architecture and historic churches. As Seville’s old Jewish Quarter it is one of the most beautiful of the city’s barrios, and is deservedly popular with visitors and locals alike. The area immediately surrounding the apartment is one of the best in Seville for traditional tabernas and tapas restaurants – a leisurely evening tapeo in Santa Cruz is a quintessential experience and is not to be missed!  It is home to many of the city’s must-see sights and attractions, including the cathedral, the Alcázar, the Judería arch,and the Plaza Virgen de los Reyes. The apartment itself is located on the second floor of a traditional Andalucian building and effortlessly blends both comfort and style. Open-plan in design, the living area is spacious and bright, and is made up of a main sitting area and two small study areas. Floor-to-ceiling French windows run along one wall of the room, and lead out onto the impressive outdoor terrace. Complete with stone flooring, marble pillars and a dining table for six, it is the perfect place to enjoy an al-fresco meal or unwind after a long day’s sight-seeing. The kitchen is functional and modern and comes fully-equipped with everything guests may need during their stay. The master bedroom is spacious and cool and comes with ample storage space, and has direct access to the tiled shower room. The entire apartment has been decorated throughout in warm tones, with quality furnishings and elegant modern touches. Please note we have another apartment; Santa Cruz I,  in the same building for two families or groups of friends travelling together who are looking for additional privacy. 2nd floor accessed by lift. 65m2 + 25m2 terrace. The apartment is accessed through a small hall with the fully equipped kitchen on the left and cupboard space on the right. The living area has a 3-seater sofa, 2 easy chairs and a tall coffee table that can be used as dining table. There is a flat screen TV and DVD on a table with wheels. On the right hand side of the living area there is a glass desk and a large bookshelf. Access to the private terrace is from the living area. There is also a day bed in the living room which can be used for a child to sleep in upon request. The WC is accessed from the living room and has a connecting door to the shower room that is also accessed from the bedroom. The bedroom has two single beds pushed together to make one large bed, fitted cupboards, views to the private terrace and access to the bathroom. The private terrace contains table and chairs to seat 6 people. The kitchen is equipped with an electric hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine fridge and freezer. This property is situated on a pedestrian street and cannot be accessed by car.

Wonderfull!

Couldn't have been better. Spotless. Perfect location. Quiet. Private. Safe. Modern bathroom-better than the picture. And what a terrace!! They arranged a pick up from the train station who was exactly where they said and when. Would have been hard to find for us first timers otherwise. They happily accomodated our schedule coming and going. Arranged tickets to the type of flamenco show we wanted. Everything worked.

Simply perfect!

I booked this apartment for my parents who are in their seventies and not very technology savvy. So, my parents were very reliant on good old fashioned service and communications. It proved to be a great decision for a daughter worrying about elderly parents travelling on their own.

Annimaya in the booking office couldn't have been more helpful. She politely and charmingly answered all my questions. Nono and Jesus, the team on the ground, in Seville, were gentlemen and only too happy to help. Between them, they picked up my parents from the airport and dropped them off by arrangement. As well, Nono took them to the airport the day after their arrival to collect lost luggage -nothing was too much trouble. A problem with the internet on arrival was fixed graciously and immediately.

As for the apartment - well, my very particular mother assures me that it lived up to the expectations promised by the photographs and the central location was magic for sightseeing, shopping and eating out! In summary, they could not have found better accommodation for their five days in Seville. Oh yes, and the building has an elevator - rare in old Seville apparently, so it's an attribute of the apartment which is essential for elderly travellers or those with mobility issues..

Thanks so much to the Spain Select team. You promised me that you would look after my parents during their stay and you did. I cannot recommend the team and this apartment enough.
