Located on the first floor of a 17th Century palace, this spacious apartment is really one of a kind. The standout feature of the house is its stunning interior patio – complete with fountain, Roman pillars and individual balconies, it is a space to enjoy year-round. The living area consists of two sitting rooms and an impressive dining room, each one furnished and decorated with the utmost care, using only the highest quality pieces of furniture and artistic touches. The spacious kitchen is traditional in style and design, but comes fully equipped with everything guests may need during their stay. Individually decorated in a classic and sophisticated style that is in keeping with the rest of the house, with marble flooring and ample wardrobe space, each double bedroom is at once comfortable and stylish. The apartment is located in Santa Cruz, one of the oldest barrios in Seville, and brimming with beautiful Gothic and Mudejar churches and classical Spanish architecture. As well as being ideally situated for the nearby shops, restaurants and services, the property is within easy walking distance of many of the city’s must-see sights and attractions including the beautiful Cathedral, undoubtedly one of the city’s biggest draws. On Sunday mornings the nearby Alameda de Hercules is home to a market where you can buy everything from the local cuisine to traditional handicrafts. For larger groups, this property can be combined with Casa Palacio San Jose II or Casa Palacio San Jose III, or with one of the patio rooms. There is a garage available upon request. Surface area: 150m2 + 55m2 private terrace + 100m2 communal terrace. First floor in a private building: Entrance leads to hall with dining room on the right. Table seats 12 people. From the dining room you access the sitting room equipped with a card table for 4 people, sofa and reading corner, TV and piano. Through the sitting room you access the living room with two seating areas, desk and bookshelves. Left of the hall is the large fully equipped kitchen. At the end of the corridor is the twin bedroom (0.90m x 1.90m) with ensuite bathroom and fitted cuboard. The two masterbedrooms (1.60m x 1.90m) have walk in closets with fitted cuboards and ensuite bathrooms with bathtubs. These bedrooms are conected with a door. Washing machine and drier are situated on the third floor accessed by stairs or lift. The third floor, with more than 100m2 of terrace with views of the Seville cathedral is comunal and shared with Casa Palcio San Jose II and Casa Palacio San Jose III.
