Internal stairs lead down to 2 double bedrooms and bathroom. Air con and new flat 40' screen tv with english channels including sky sports.

Cumbre del Sol is the largest and most well known urbanization of Benitachell. Being high up it has spectacular views of the Mediterranean and has a supermarket, bank, pharmacy and restaurant. Moraira (10 minute drive away) is a picturesque coastal town in a bay on the South-Eastern coast of Spain. It is nestled between the resorts of Javea and Calpe. Moraira has 8 km of coastline with fine sandy beaches and inviting turquoise waters. Moraira’s impressive marina is at the centre of its life with plenty of local bars, shops and restaurants. Javea sits on the South-Eastern coast of Spain in North Costa Blanca. With Moraira and a few of the other local towns it is often referred to as the Jewel in the Crown of Costa Blanca. With Javea’s 20 kilometres of coastline and dramatic scenery it is easy to see why. The beach at Cumbre del Sol is 1 km., there is also a supermarket and the Lirios Commerical Centre. The main sandy beach of Moraira is approx. 4km from the villa and also the Blue flag smaller beach at El Portet, both are ideal for families with young children. The delightful town of Moraira with its wonderful modern marina is a 10 minute drive away and offers lots of bars, restaurants and shops. There is the 9 hole Golf de Ifach course in Moraira. Javea Golf Club is approx. 4 km and La Sella Golf Complex near Denia and Benidorm clubs are all within a 30 minute drive away.
Use of a hire car is essential. There are many interesting places to visit on the north Costa Blanca. The popular towns and beautiful beaches of Javea, Calpe, Altea, Denia and Benidorm are all within easy driving distance along the coast.
Alicante airport is 90 km to the south, (approx. 1 hour drive)and Valencia airport is 130km to the north. The A7 motorway is from Alicante, take exit 63 for Benissa and Moraira is just 12 km from here.
