Overview

Brooklyn Apartment Rental Photos and Description

3 bedroom, 1 bathroom home with a charming antique aesthetic

Homespun

Boerum Hill is a delightful blend of up-and-coming restaurants, eclectic boutiques and friendly neighbourhood charm. Well-kept rows of brownstone townhouses line the leafy streets, but none so lovingly preserved and renovated as State Street V. Rustic touches add a pastoral charm, like the rough-hewn wooden furniture, shearling and sheepskin rugs and unexpected natural curios, while the flatscreen TV is nestled into the hearth, and the slick chrome kitchen is fetchingly modern. Tread across the polished parquet and rest your feet atop the tapestry rugs – here, the fast-paced bustle of the city seems worlds away.

With love

Your hosts' do-it-yourself spirit is on display throughout their charming home – they've taken care of the recent renovations themselves, and their affection for minimalist design has ensured their home is more than relaxing. When they're looking for an even more bucolic getaway, the family heads to their second home upstate.

Handcrafted

High ceilings, glossy parquet floors and an airy, open-plan living area slow the pace here. Creamy modern sofas are mixed with heavy rustic chairs, and a series of vivid colour-blocked paintings knit each room to the next. Embrace nature in the backyard, where there’s a grill and plenty of dappled shade.

And there’s a sweet collection of pottery inside should you seek further earthy pleasures, beside the dining table with seating for eight. And though the great outdoors is close to hand, balmy evenings may be best spent in the sunny master bedroom, the well-proportioned French doors thrown wide.

About Owner / Property Manager

onefinestay gives you the chance to stay in someone's place while they're out of town. You get to live their life for a few days and nights.

Booking a stay is as easy as booking a hotel room. And there's service to match.

Nobody wants to be a tourist, so our homes come with recommendations from the people who live in them. For everything else, we're here 24/7.

Why Owner / Property Manager chose Brooklyn

If you didn’t happen to know better, you might miss sweet little Boerum Hill. Nestled along a bustling stretch of Atlantic Avenue on the borough’s west side, peruse an unexpectedly cosmopolitan trove of quaint homes, gardens, treasure-laden antiques emporia and small designer boutiques.

Here, trees rustle softly between historic brownstone row houses, while intimate and laid-back dining spots, including the arboreal Rucola on Dean Street and Jewish delicatessen Mile End on Hoyt Street, are tucked away and adored by this friendly and tightly knit community.

Further west, the promenade overlooking the East River waterfront is a perennial favorite for running and romantic strolls. It’s also the best spot around here to snap a picture-perfect panorama of the Statue of Liberty and beyond. And if sight of the Manhattan makes you crave her company, don’t fret: a couple of different lines can deliver you there in a matter of minutes.

What makes this apartment unique

Booking a stay is as easy as booking a hotel room, with online payment and confirmation. You get the same attention to detail and personal service too.

Every home is properly cleaned before and after you stay, beds made (we can even do hospital corners) and bathrooms kitted out with luxury toiletries. There’s a maid service if you want it, as well as other hotel-style amenities.

Once we’ve helped you settle in, we’re just a call away, 24/7. If it’s something we can’t solve over the phone, we’ll pop over to lend a hand.

And because nobody wants to be a tourist, our homes come with personal and unique recommendations from the people who live in them – places to eat, things to do and adventures to go on.
