Our spectacular, oceanfront, beachfront, corner unit is in the front corner of the building and truly has one of the most amazing 270 degree views of the Pacific on Maui. It overlooks the islands of Lanai and Molokai from its 40 foot wrap-around deck and has floor to ceiling windows. The Royal Kahana Resort is an upscale resort and offers more amenities than most other resorts in west Maui including a gym and tennis courts. The uncrowded, white, sandy beach is just footsteps from your door where you can swim, surf, snorkel, sunbathe, or enjoy a barbecue by the pool. From the 8th floor, magnificent sunsets and whale watching can be experienced from its front corner, premier location. It is recently remodeled in a casual and comfortable tropical island decor and is fully air-conditioned. Granite countertops and cabinets are throughout the condo. The resort offers a wide range of activities including swimming, surfing, snorkeling, an oceanfront swimming pool, sauna, tennis courts, shuffleboard, and barbecuing. The Royal Kahana is in the world famous resort area which is well known for its fine dining, golfing, tennis, shopping, sightseeing, superb beaches, and lavish resorts. Nearby is biking, fishing, boating, sailing, waterskiing, the Whaling Museum, Sugar Cane Train, submarine ride, and the championship golfing courses of Kaanapali and Kapalua. Western Maui is known for its ideal year-round excellent weather. During the whale season, humpback whales, dolphins and sea turtles can be seen. Take a helicopter ride and see the volcano, rainforests, mountains and waterfalls. Scuba diving and snorkeling can be found around the island and at the famous Molokini Crater.

It is conveniently located just north of Lahaina within minutes of many restaurants and stores. It was recently remodeled and decorated in a beautiful Tommy Bahama style island decor. The unit has a fully furnished kitchen for meal preparation and service for 6 people. It includes a microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, and blender. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. The master bedroom has a king bed and television. The guest bedroom has two twin beds. In the living room, there is a queen sofa bed, TV, DVD, and stereo. The beautifully landscaped grounds are private and peaceful. The parking is free. Hi speed internet service and local phone calls are free. Serving our guests since 1998 and we look forward to serving you!

Once again we had a fabulous adventurous and restful vacation in your condo. Last summer we took our daughter and son-in-law and couldn't wait to go back to see the whales this time. I daresay there is no other view like this one on Maui. The views and sounds of the ocean are so calming. We could see whales and turtles from the lanai. This trip we were traveling with our friends, who have a condo on Kauai, and normally stay in Kihei. They were totally impressed with our choice of accommodations. Although we did our share of dining out, taking whale watching and snorkeling cruises, some of our most enjoyable moments were spent at the condo, barbecuing by the pool, mixing our own drinks, enjoying the sunsets, and making memories together. Thanks for the opportunity! We will be back as soon as we can.

We had a wonderful time in Maui and could not believe the view from your condo (811 Royal Kahana). There was tons of room and the condo was clean and functional. The sound of the waves rolling on the beach was perfect for falling asleep each night.

We could not have asked for more and would highly recommend your condo to anyone who wanted a perfect view and plenty of room.

We just returned from Maui and stayed in unit 811 at the Royal Kahana. The condo is well eqipped and located on the western side of the island offering great sunsets and superb view. We ate most meals on the wrap around lanai to take advantage of the view and atmosphere.
Our hosts could not be more accomodating providing excellant support prior to our arrival.
This was our first experience with renting a condo in Hawaii and it went well , exceeding our expectations. Thank you Bill and Dondi. Marcia and Maurice

We just returned from a magnificent vacation in Hawaii to celebrate our 40th anniversary and stayed at #811. It couldn't have been better! (unless we could have seen whales!) The condo is so accommodating, with everything you could possibly need. We ate breakfast on the lanai every day with the exception of a visit to The Gazebo (a must!) for outstanding omelets and macadamia nut pancakes. Each day as we got up and as we returned from the day's excursion, we went straight to the lanai. The views are incredible and so mesmerizing we could sit for hours.
Thank you for sharing this beautiful site with us. We will recommend it to friends.
