Fantastic newly furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bath ocean block condo, just steps to the beach. Spacious southern exposure balcony with bay and ocean views & beautiful sunsets. Bedrooms feature new king size beds with TVs & VCR/DVD combos. Spacious living room with sectional sleep sofa and 4th TV, DVD & CD player/stereo. Dining room table that seats 6 with additional seating at breakfast bar. Fully stocked kitchen and full size washer/dryer. 2 assigned parking spaces - 1 undercover. Indoor pool open during summer season. Condo is located on 44th Street with no major streets to cross to get to the ocean, just a short walk to the Roland E. Powell Convention Center. Free wireless wifi internet service. Towels, sheets, beach chairs, hair dryers, cooler, beach toys, boogie boards & most cleaning supplies provided. We offer discounts to active police, fire and members of the armed forces. High school seniors may be accepted during a limited time for an increased rate & security deposit.

Additional comments about our condo: One parking space protected from the elements - perfect for classic vehicles. We often get comments from guests that our photos don't do our condo justice. We try to supply everything you need to make your vacation enjoyable and to reduce the number of thing you need to bring. We supply the sheets and towels, 4 beach chairs, cooler, boogie boards, sand toys, books, games for adults and children, dvd/vcr tapes, hair dryers, most cleaning supplies and an iron. There is an outdoor shower at the beach end of the building under the east stairway for your convenience. There is comfortable seating for 8 on the balcony to enjoy bay sunsets or watch the classic cars or the people cruising and strolling up Coastal Highway while drinking your coffee in the morning.

This condo is great. It is surprisingly spacious, king size beds ultra comfortable and sheets and towels are provided. The best living room couch ever so everyone has a seat. The location is the best part of the place. It's steps from the beach and only a few more steps to Seacrets the best bar/restaurant in town. We've made the trip back for the past four summers and hope to continue going as long as possible. Highly recommended.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Thanks Greta for a wonderful weekend away with my Highschool friends after 30 years of trying to plan it. Your place is superb, clean, accommodating, quiet yet close to everything and ideal for any size family. Cant wait to return.

Our weekend stay was most enjoyable...the condo is fully equipped and centrally located to the convention center, restaurants, and more. We will definitely be staying here again.

We had a nice experience staying here. King size beds in each room, comfortable. Sheets and towels provided. Condo was clean. Kitchen was well stocked. Beach chairs, sand toys, games, DVD's, etc. Owners very easy to reach with questions/comments. A lot of room, very quiet.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
