This very attractive and secluded villa enjoys a lovely location close to Cliff Richard`s villa . Set in grounds surrounded by walls with a gated entrance leading into a large cobbled driveway. There is a large new swimming pool (built in 2005) surrounded by terraces and gardens containing fruit,almond and carob trees. There are large open terraces with a covered B.B.Q./ dining area which overlooks the new swimming pool (10m x 5/6m)with Roman steps. Patio doors lead from the living, dining area and from one bedroom on to the terraces. Ground floor: Hall, New fitted kitchen with fridge, microwave etc., dining room, lounge with digital satellite TV with BBC channels, 1 double bedroom, two twin bedrooms all with en-suite shower rooms,with large walk in showers First floor: Large landing with sitting area, master bedroom (twin) with bathroom en-suite, roof sun terrace which offers beautiful views to the coast. In front of the house is space for various cars. Car hire is essential

The villa is close to Cliff Richard`s villa about 7 min drive to some of the most beautiful Algarve beaches. Albufeira town is 6kms, around 10 min drive. The old town is very interesting with narrow cobbled streets and old fisherman houses and then there are the numerous music bars and street entertainers together with regular free shows in the main square in the summer season. The nearest supermarket is in Guia town (2kms), famous for many good value restaurants specialising in 'chicken piri piri'. Our villa management office is 3km from the villa and they offer advice, help and assistance to all our guests including a welcome visit to introduce you to the house and surrounding area. They also sell tickets to waterparks, zoomarine, golf, boat trips and excursions at discount prices. There is also an emergency telephone Nº provided. Algarve Shopping, the biggest shopping centre in the region with several shops, restaurants, bowling, hypermarket (open Mon-Sun until 12:00 pm) is at Guia

Have just returned from a relaxing 2 weeks at this fantastic quinta the views are amazing and the pool fantastic. Inside was very clean and it was great to have a maid service.The poolman was a regular visitor and you could tell it was well looked after. We spent most of the time by the pool but we did go to the beach a couple of times. There are some great beaches if you can tear yourselves away. Monchique is well worth a visit and a drive through the mountains is a must.There are some great restaurants in Guia and of course the football bar where the men had to pop in on the way back from getting the paper!!!Domoney's is a new bar run by a geordie where we spent a relaxing few hours! It's only a 15 to 20 minute quite an easy walk into the village and if i can do it without complaining anyone can!!
There was only a minor problem when we arrived and that was because we could not find a safe although it said there was on the details.We contacted the agents at KaiserProperties but they didn't know about it.It wasn't a problem as there is an alarm so it was okay. All in all a wonderful holiday and i would recommend the quinta to anyone. Can't wait to go again. Wish i was still there!!!

4 adults and 3 kids had two perfect weeks at this house. A beautyful and very functional house and outside area. The view from this property is very nice and there was always a nice breeze to cool you down. The property is very quit in the wineyard area, but still a very short way (5-10 mins by car) to Guia and Albufeira, resturants, the beaches, Algarve shopping and to the nearest golf course. Also very good service from the local agent and housekeeping staff.
