Our duplex is located on Grassy Key directly on the Atlantic Ocean on a full acre of tropical land. The views are nothing short of spectacular! The location takes advantage of our prevailing southeast breezes year round. The secluded property has 100 feet of natural sandy shoreline and a 150 foot long rock jetty. The jetty has a sandy path down the center, a little wooden bridge, and a sundeck out at the end. Perfect for sunning or watching the sunset with a cool drink at the end of the day. The grounds are tropically landscaped with Palm trees and flowering plants. Spacious, stilted duplex offers two bedrooms and two baths. Master bedroom has a King size bed, the guest bedroom has a Queen Bed, and there is a sleep sofa in the living room. Nicely furnished living room, fully equipped kitchen with eat-at bar, and Florida room with dining area over looking the Ocean. TV, DVD, and stereo. All linens provided. Washer & dryer.

Located directly on the Atlantic with 100 feet of natural beach front. Spectacular views of the Ocean and tropical breezes year round. Full acre of land with Palms & flowering plants. There is a 150 foot long jetty with sand path down the center, small bridge, and sun deck at the end. Bonefish, beach comb, or kayak right from your own beach or enjoy scuba diving and deep sea fishing on a number of reefs a short distance off shore. Swim with the Dolphins at the Grassy Key Dolphin Research Center. Enjoy local foods at good restaurants close by. restaurants and shipping within minutes.

Bird Watching & Trophy Bonefishing!: No matter what time of year, we have a spectacular variety of beautiful water birds and birds of prey. Grassy Key is known for some of the best fly fishing in the world. We have Bonefish, Permit, and Tarpon fishing right off shore!

Far away yet close to everything: Peace and Quiet...Enjoy doing nothing sitting on your private jetty, take a snooze under a palm tree, or read a book all by yourself in a comfy lounger! Grassy Key is centrally located in the Keys. It is a 'rural setting' yet only minutes to good restaurants, shops, and attractions. Key West is just an hour drive down scenic Overseas Highway, take a nature walk and see Key Deer on Big Pine Key, or charter dive or deep sea fishing boats in Marathon for a day on or under the water! If you choose to stay at the duplex, we have on site bikes and bike trails near by, Kayaks for exploring the shoreline, shuffle board, foosball, and a pool table to entertain yourself.

Getting Here: We have a small airport in Marathon, just 10 miles away. Key West airport is a one hour drive, Miami airport is a two hour drive and Ft. Lauderdale is 2.5 Hour drive away.

My husband, our two teenage boys and I stayed at the house. We had a great time. Unit was well maintained and clean plus had the amenities of home. Great farmers market a few miles to the east and the location to the stores was very convenient. Enjoyed the pool table, foosball, kayaks and shuffleboard.

Grassy Key Duplex

My family and I had a great time at this rental duplex. There are plenty of activities to keep the children occupied. the unit was very clean and well maintained. This little hideaway has great privacy and is situated on a large lot.

The views of the Atlantic Ocean are spectacular. However, the beach was covered with a thick mat of decaying sea grass that emitted a pungent marshy odor which was unpleasant during low tide.

It is convieniently located between Duck Key and marathon, therefore a trip to the store is not a long one. My overall experience with this rental was a good one.
