Description of the Scottsdale vacation house rental
Be amongst the first to stay in this newly available, professionally decorated, luxury home. Live large in our 2800 sq ft casually elegant, three bedroom, two and a half bath, great room-oriented, territorial home. Nestled in the heart of Troon North on a quiet cul-de-sac street with both desert and mountain views you'll be less than five minutes to Troon North Golf Course and The Four Seasons Resort. This immaculate home is centered around a great room with living, dining and wet bar areas. The room begs you to enjoy the fireplace in the living room area or spread out your travel books on the dining room table. French doors open to the backyard pool area from the great room and there's a separate pool entrance from the master suite. You can also congregate in the media room, which is complete with whole-house music system and big screen TV. Should you need to work; the office is outfitted with a large desk, wireless high-speed internet access, and a private half-bath.

Outside you'll find a brand new stainless steel gas BBQ gas on a six-foot lighted island, kiva fireplace and a sitting area on one side, another sitting area for sunsets is on the other. In between, is a pebble-tec pool with a relaxing waterfall. There is also a large table and chairs under the patio. Malibu lights highlight the entire backyard landscaping and there are outdoor speakers from the house sound system, so you can relax and enjoy the outdoors into the wee hours of the night. The home backs up to a large NOAS with wonderful views of the area's desert, mountains and sunsets. Scottsdale is a mecca for hiking, rock climbing, biking, golf, tennis, wildlife viewing, shopping, restaurants, museums, sightseeing, and swimming. The sunshine and low humidity is a welcome change from Northern living. The McDowell Mountain-Sonoran Desert Preserve is a short walk from the home. The amount of varied and unusual wildlife is a daily treat of the area.

The entire home is on one level except for the media room, which is a single step down. The huge, fully-appointed kitchen has all you'll need for entertaining. Lots of cabinet and counter space, a cooking island, microwave/convection and traditional ovens, and, of course, a Sub-Zero refrigerator with icemaker in which to keep all of your snacks. The custom-made table in the kitchen's dining area seats ten and there is a handy wine storage section in the buffet. The master suite has a king-sized bed, sitting area, large closets and an armoire with digital cable TV and storage areas. In the master bath you'll enjoy both a sparkling bathtub and shower in a spacious, cheery area.
