Come spend some relaxing time in this brand new, tastefully decorated Forest Ridge Condominium. Loon Mountain is only minutes away on the convenient free shuttle service. The beautiful clubhouse is only steps from your door, which features a heated swimming pool, hot tub and sauna, perfect after a day of winter activities. The condo has a spacious master bedroom with a queen-size bed and private bath, TV and DVD player, as well as a slider to the outside deck. The open concept living area has a fully applianced kitchen, large eating area and a living room with comfortable seating and a great assortment of videos for your use. Two twins and one full-size bed complete the other cozy bedrooms. A gas log fireplace makes this a truly enjoyable getaway.

Forest Ridge is close to a wide variety of attractions - Loon Mountain (3 minutes), Cannon Mountain (15 minutes), Bretton Woods (30 minutes) and Waterville Valley (35 minutes). Also close by are many enjoyable family activities - Whales Tale Water Park, Clark's Trading Post, Storyland, Santa's Village, Lost River, the Flume Gorge and many more. The Lincoln/Woodstock area offers fine restaurants, movie theaters, live theatre, a dinner train and lots of other great activities. Outlet shopping in North Conway is just through the White Mountain National Forest, along the scenic Koncomangus Highway. All year long, during any season the Lincoln area is most enjoyable.

beautiful, quiet, close to everything!

We enjoyed our long weekend in Lincoln. The foliage was a beautiful as the condo. The gas fireplace warmed us after hiking in the 40 degree rain. The sport center was a short walk away. The area is very safe, we left our car unlocked one night, and in the am my pocketbook, camera, IPOD, and DS where still in the car. Ann and Michael were very patient with us, when we could get the lock-box open. (we where at the wrong unit) It was a great Home-Away from home and we'd stay again- Thanks for having us!

We had a terrific time at the condo...it was very homey, comfortable and had all the items needed to make it it an enjoyable stay. Truly a home away from home. Ann was great to deal with in making the arrangements.
