Photos and Description of the Bethel vacation house rental

Our century-old farmhouse overlooks its own 2 1/2 acre pond and is framed by 90 acres of lush forest. It has 3 bedrooms, one den/bedroom with a queen-size sofa bed, a large living room with a stone fireplace, a large country kitchen, dining room, screened-in back porch, wrap-around front porch, a newly remodeled bathroom with jacuzzi tub and a second brand new full bath. We are conveniently located just 5 minutes from the original Woodstock festival site and the Bethel Woods Arts Center and about 2 hours from New York City. Enjoy the year-round outdoor activities available in our area or just relax and revive in a beautiful setting.

    A deposit of 50% of the appropriate rental rate is required to hold your reservation. This is your security deposit also. It will be refunded in cash after a check-out inspection.

    Payment for the full amount of your rent is due 2 full weeks before your scheduled vacation. This will secure your reservation and insure the readiness of the house for your arrival.

    Rental charges and deposits are refundable if you cancel your reservation 30 days before your scheduled arrival date. After that, we reserve the right to keep the rental deposit and/or fee if we are unable to rebook the property.

    There are times when we are able to accept last minute reservations. Please contact us for availability and information on how to book at the last minute.

I stayed at the Stone Hearth Farm a while back and I loved it! It inspired my friends and I to write some great music.
