Single story home on the 18th fairway of gated Indian Springs Country Club. This beautifully decorated home includes 3 bedrooms/2 baths within easy walking distance of the clubhouse, fitness center and community pool.

The west facing backyard includes mountain, golf course and sunset views to enjoy while relaxing or preparing dinner on the BBQ grill. It is truly a perfect get-away for long term stays or family vacations, which you will definitely want to go back to, time and time again.

This exciting area offers year-round events including Skins Game in November, Tamale Festival in December, Bob Hope Desert Classic in January, Date Festival in February, Indian Wells Tennis Master Series in March, La Quinta Art Festival in March and on-going polo events in season.

The surrounding Santa Rosa Mountains offer a beautiful backdrop for many exhilarating outdoor activities. Visit the many golf courses including famous PGA West and many other golf resorts in Palm Springs, Rancho Mirage, Palm Desert, Indian Wells, and La Quinta. The new stadium tennis center which hosts the ATP Indian Wells Tennis Tournament is located within minutes. Also in the immediate area is the El Paseo Shopping District in Palm Desert, McCallum Performing Arts Theater, Palm Springs Desert Museum, Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, Living Desert Animal Preserve, Children's Discovery Museum and many fine restaurants.

Unfortunately (for us) my family and I have just returned from Tim and Cindy's gorgeous home in La Quinta. What an absolute pleasure is was to stay at a home in which the Owners have such pride. Other then the fact that I had to leave, I can not think of anything wrong with this house. If you are looking for Luxury and Cozy and a home with Love this is your place. Thank you so much and we will definitely be back.

We have just completed one of our best vacations at Tim and Cindy's house in La Quinta. What a beautiful home and view!!! The view from the patio of the golf course, mountains, and sunsets is spectacular. I don't think we have ever stayed in a home as well supplied and as nicely decorated as yours. We are a group of 4 "retired" golfers who spent a wonderful, very comfortable week at Tim and Cindy's house in La Quinta. It would be a stretch to find a single problem with the house and the owners obviously care about the comfort of their guests. With this home available, there is little reason to buy in the desert!

My family and I just spent 2 nights at this property.
What a lovely home!! The place was immaculate.
We loved everything about it from the decorations
on the wall to the linens. The owners did not miss
a beat when they prepared this home for a rental!
We highly recommend it and we know we will
definitely look into booking this home again when
we decide to stay in the Palm Springs area.

The home is literally a 7 iron away from the clubhouse where you can check in for your tee-time or have a relaxing lunch or dinner on the terrace looking over the mountains and golf course.
