The location is ideal for exploring Barcelona's bustling city is close enough to enjoy it, but at the same time is an advantage, because in 15 minutes you can walk back at any time, the area is totally secure. Grace is a safe neighborhood and is full of small restaurants, bars and small shops open late at night. It lies at the door of Gracia, where small craft workshops at street shops coexist with local designers.

A convenient apartment in a perfect location

We, a family of 3 adults, with a cat, chose this apartment because of its perfect location, size which suited us well, and because pets were allowed.

We found the location well suited for breakfasts and dinners out within a few minutes walk, and within walking distance to attractions like Sagrada Familia and Park Guell. We felt that the area was safe at any time, and the locked main door added to the feeling.

We used the underground, which is almost next door, for exploring other parts of Barcelona, but also took pleasant long walks from the apartment to town centre in beautiful spring weather. A public garage, also next door, was handy when we rented a car.

The apartment with its 2 bedrooms, common spaces and a large terrace, suited us well. It was well equipped with all appliences needed. The position in the attic provided a nice view and quiet surroundings, while the elevator came handy for avoiding a long climb.

Sandra was an excellent and well organised host, from the moment we first wrote to her, until she waved us good-bye.

We would definitely recommend this apartment to all visiting Barcelona.

Fabulous time on rooftops of Barcelona Gracia

Tha apartament is located in a lovely part of Barcelona, a walking distance to Sagrada Familia, but away form main tourist tracks, It is a bit bohemian with plenty little shops and bars. It is on the roof top ot the 8 floor building and the best bit is the terrace where we spent most of the time when not strolling around. You can look down on a square where people gather,chat or in my son's case play football. It also means that there is hardly any sounds of the street coming up.
The landlady is fantastic. Our flight was cancelled and she waited to welcome us at midnight, had all the maps and explanations ready. She recommended some great tapas bars too. Her apartment is very well looked after, clean with all the little things you might need, like washing up liquid or toilet paper stock - which is not a common thing (we ended up having to buy pack of 9 for 2 days in Valencia). We were family of four and the flat was just right, especially with the terrace.
The landlady makes a point of being in touch with you throughout the stay -she was really patient about our Whatsapp queries about everything really.
We only stayed three days but are definitely planning to come back.

Gracia is a safe, downtown and trendy neighborhood with variety of restaurants serving local and international cuisine and drinks in cozy bars. Stores that cover all needs and workshops bohemian artists living with designer clothes shops with character. Much local environment during summer nights and specifically in late August with the 'Fiestas de Gracia', local festivals.

A 15 minute stroll to the center, and well connected by public transport: a 2 minute walk from the tourist bus stop that goes to Park Guell, metro, bus and taxi to a minute.

Near the main attractions of Gaudí (Sagrada Familia and La Pedrera) to enjoy Barcelona by day and relax in, private terrace, with dinner, enjoying the views of Barcelona and the sea to arrive at night.
