Fantastic Ocean Views from your 9th floor balcony. Directly on the oceanfront. The unit is located in the Windyhill area of North Myrtle Beach with easy access to attractions in both North Myrtle Beach and Myrtle Beach. You can enjoy both a heated indoor pool or an outdoor pool as well as a hot tub and kiddie pool. The beach is only steps from the pool. There are large patio areas to enjoy an outdoor barbecue. The condo unit has three bedrooms. The master bedroom has its own bathroom with a jacuzzi and view of the ocean as well as a TV and VCR. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and its own TV & VCR. The third bedroom has a full size bed. The living room/dining room area has a beautiful view of the ocean as well as a fireplace. The sofa pulls out to sleep 2. There is a new TV with a DVD player available. All kitchen needs are supplied. You do need to bring your own linens, but the kitchen has a dryer and a new washer available as well as microwave, dishwasher and other accessories.

Nearest Airport: Myrtle Beach International Airport (MYR) at 16 Miles
Car: not necessary
North Myrtle Beach has many attractions including Barefoot Landing, The Alabama Theater and House of Blues. Movie theaters are also nearby in the indoor mall. Tangiers offers shopping at factory outlets just minutes from the condo and a larger outlet center is a short drive away. There are plenty of miniature golf courses nearby. There are plenty of rental activities available on the beach also. Myrtle Beach is only a short drive south on route 17 where many more activities are available such as an IMAX theater, Broadway at the Beach offers little shops to visit as well as many restaurants and a miniature golf course featuring a dragon. Carolina Opry, Medieval Times, Ripley's Believe It or Not, Amusement Parks are also in the area. Myrtle Beach is also known for its wonderful golf courses. Fishing off piers is available as well as deep sea fishing trips. Nearby is also an attraction called Alligator Farms where you can see alligators being fed and many other animals.

The deck has an area for grilling and outdoor barbecue. The unit has just been painted and new carpet, drapes and bedspreads put in. The elevators have also just been revamped as well as the hallways. Smoking is NOT allowed in the condo.

The unit is accessed by two elevators although stairs are available also for the strong at heart. Waterpointe II also has plenty of parking available and luggage carts are available in the lobby to help move your luggage. The lobby is well secured and accessible only by key. The unit has a balcony that is accessible from both the living room and the master bedroom. There is an outside shower for cleaning off from the beach and there are plenty of lounge chairs on the deck. There is also a kiddie pool available. Waterpointe II is well maintained and parts of the condo are updated every year by the Home Owners Association. Smoking is NOT allowed in the condo.
