House Details: Inside, the top floor consists of a new full bathroom and a large open space combining the living and dining rooms and an eat-in kitchen with island. The wall facing the lake is only windows, with double doors opening to a large top terrace from the living room. The middle floor has the master & guest bedrooms, both with two single beds that can be combined. There is a small room with a single bed and/or baby crib. The full bath includes shower, bidet, and double vanity. Both bedrooms open onto a large middle terrace, where stairs lead to the lawn and lakefront. Here there is a detached minicasa guest house with two single beds and a half bath (included in rental price). A buoy for boats in the lake directly in front of the house can be rented for 100 Euro/wk. As the property is joined with another house, the owner kindly requests that common courtesy is observed when neighbors are present.
Restaurants/Trips Afield: Two restaurants within walking distance of the house, located on the water's edge in San Vito: Lumin (pizzeria/bread in the morning) and Ristorante La Baia (casual restaurant). Information on shopping, hiking trails, and public villas available at the well-run tourist Information point in Menaggio, or on request from the owner, who knows the lake well since buying an apartment in Menaggio in 2000, and provides a local info guide to all confirmed guests.

Madesimo is the closest major ski area, approximately a 1 hour drive from Cremia. St. Moritz is an easy 89 km/1.75 hour drive through a beautiful mountain pass.
