The world is your oyster! Only 20 minutes away from Orlando Airport, our home is only 3-4 miles from Disney World and yet within an hour of the Gulf or Atlantic beaches, the Kennedy Space Centre, Port Canaveral for Disney and casino cruises. We once went for a romantic sunset on the West coast near Tampa! Lots of restaurants and supermarkets are two minutes away and premium mall shopping in the neighborhood needs serious exploring! TGI Friday's, Giordano's, Outback Steakhouse, Red Lobster, all these are family oriented eateries. You will find a big choice of gourmet restaurants on Sand Lake road 15 minutes away and in nearby Celebration, a Disney community. A binder folder with information about the parks and general area is provided in the house. You are welcome to add your own recommendations! For grocery, pharmacy or other routine shopping needs, stores are just up the block. There is a 24-hour pharmacy minutes away on 192.

The kitchen is fully equipped with Maytag appliances, all dishes and cutlery to cater to 14 people. Adjoining the kitchen is the dining-room which overlooks the pool and Jacuzzi. There is a separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer (Maytag as well), iron and ironing board. The house is located by a pond, perching on a nature reserve. In the evenings, you can hear and see some of the fireworks in Epcot and the Magic Kingdom. They take place at 7 pm and at 9 pm. Imagine taking a sip by the pool (or even in the Jacuzzi) and watching the show! Now with free gameroom!!!!

Excellent!!!

Our family had a wonderful time! We were very busy at different attractions every day. We started early in the morning and usually didn't get home until late. The house was close to everything and gave us an excellent place to relax for the night and reload for the next day. The kids loved the game room and the pool. The only problem I had was not having enough time to relax in the house or around the pool. Everything describing the property was accurate and we enjoyed it very much. I would rent this property again and would definitely recommend it to a friend. Thank You, Chris & family

Amazing Home, Easy to Book

The listing says it all! We were two families, thirteen people - children, teens, young adults, parents and seniors - everyone was thrilled with this home and it's amenities. Little girls squealed with delight over the Cinderella room and the teen boys "called" the pirates room. The house was clean, well maintained and exactly what it said in the add. We would stay again, for sure. Did not do attractions, just had a vacation here but Disneyworld was five minutes away. Loved the playground and community centre pool and theatre. Booking was simple and easy to do.

A Perfect Disney Villa

My husband and I brought our 3 children five and under and our parents over 70. Every one of us thought the house was wonderful. It was spacious and efficient. The decor was fabulous. Everyone felt at home. The pool was the highlight. When we weren't at the parks (only 2 days out of 7), we were all swimming. The water was the perfect temperature and the hot tub was a nice treat too. We hope to come again. Thank you for sharing your home.
