Rendezvous Villa-Sunset Ocean View with Pool

My wife and I recently (Dec 12) rented the smaller villa for our 10 year anniversary.

The villa was wonderful. We loved the screened in porch, kitchen, laundry, pool, hot tub and view of St Thomas. The recent updates (hot tub, shaded area on the pool deck) already seemed pretty nice to us but they are continuing to make improvements. Hopefully someday we can come back to see the finished product.James was very accommodating. He picked us up right at the ferry dock, showed us around town and around the villa. It was a very stress free way to start our vacation. When you want a relaxing vacation little things like that make the difference. It seems like they have thought of everything including bathroom amenities, coolers, beach chairs and towels.

We had a wonderful time at this villa and if you stay here you will not be disappointed.

This was our third stay at Rendezvous Villa. The hosts have been terrific and very accommodating each stay. The villa provides Jeep rentals at extremely reasonable rates. The deck offers breathtaking views of the bay and St. Thomas, with very relaxing furnishings, especially the hammock. A full service grill is provided on the deck. The villa provides all the comforts of home - full working kitchen, spacious living room and bedrooms, two full baths, A/C in all rooms, washer and dryer, and inviting pool area. Rendezvous Villa left us with vacation memories to last a lifetime. When vacationing on St. John, Rendezvous Villa is an opportunity not to be missed.

Never having traveled to St John before and never having rented a villa, we (our family: two adults and 2 kiddos; ages 10 and 12) were hesitant about choosing a rental for the 8 days we were to visit. We made the right choice when we choose the Rendezvous Bay Villa. From the very beginning the owner was very easy to work with. Even though he was out of town on the day of our arrival, the owner arranged for a friend of his to pick us up at the ferry...at no cost to us! We were whisked away on the winding roads and pleasantly surprised by the villa. The view from the porch is to die for! All the amenities that are listed on this web site were waiting for us, the villa was clean and the beds comfortable. We even rented a car from the owner at a considerable savings. The kids loved the pool and we all loved the view from this villa. It is close enough to Cruz Bay to run into town but far enough away so that is was quiet. And the sunsets were fantastic! We had planned to eat out sometimes but because of the sticker shock of restaurant meals (be prepared) and the beauty of the view from the deck we ended up cooking or getting take out (Thank you St John Market for your homemade meals!!!). We loved our visits to the beaches...a new one almost every day...and enjoyed being able to relax back at the Villa after the day. There was plenty of room for the 4 of us; in fact we did not even use the living room or TV for most of our visit! The owner was always available for the few questions we had and went out of his way to make our visit relaxed and enjoyable. He even (promptly) took us to the ferry for our ride home. We would highly recommend staying here!!! We hope to return someday and we would stay here again.
