Sleeps 8. Our 4 bedroom villa has an outstanding 2210 sq. feet of space, with south-facing pool and is located in the prestigious and mature Lindfields development, noted for well proportioned plots set well back from the wide, quiet roads. The pool deck is not overlooked, backing onto a lake and conservation area. Our villa was fully redecorated in January 2013. It is only 10 minutes from the Walt Disney World entrance and other major theme parks and many golf courses are a short distance away.

Located less than 5 miles from Disney our luxury 4 bedroom villa, fully equipped for 8 people, provides an excellent base for your holiday. Our beautiful villa is of classic open plan design and consists of two floors with high cathedral ceilings on the lower floor. The major theme parks, shopping, restaurants, bars and many golf courses are within easy reach of the villa. Our villa is close to many of Florida's finest golf courses including Champions Gate, which is home to two premier 18-hole championship golf courses. So whether you want to be thrilled at the theme parks, enjoy playing golf, shop at the Designer Outlet stores, or simply take a dip in the pool and soak up the sunshine from dawn to dusk, our villa is the perfect base. Our villa has no rear neighbours and because of its generous plot size, you will find it private and peaceful, except for the sights and sounds of the wildlife in and around the lake. The many upgrades to the villa include a new pool heat pump in Jan2013.

Being just off Highway 192 the villa is close to numerous restaurants such as Buffalo Wild Wings, Outback Steakhouse, Red Lobster, Longhorn Steakhouse, Houlihans, Denny's, Ponderosa, Perkins, China Star Restaurant, Panda Express, Taste of China, Clay Oven Indian Cuisine, Passage to India, Bahama Breeze and many, many more.

Booking Notes:

A non-refundable deposit of £200 is required upon a confirmed booking. No booking is guaranteed until the full deposit is paid. Balance is due 8 weeks prior to actual stay. Cancellation Policy - Days prior to arrival before notifying us that you intend to cancel:

More than 56 days....you will forfeit your deposit only.

30-56 days...........you will forfeit 50% of the total cost of your rental commitment.

Less than 30 days....you will forfeit 100% of the total cost of your rental commitment
