Beachfront paradise. Enjoy the view from the expanded deck offered at this 2 bedroom duplex only steps from the Atlantic Ocean bordering 15 miles of white sandy beaches. Watch spectacular sunrises, dolphins play, and enjoy cool evening breezes. Located only a few minutes from historic downtown Fernandina, Fort Clinch State park, numerous golf courses the Intercoastal Waterway. Each side of the duplex has two bedrooms and a bath. Beautifully maintained and remodeled unit that sleeps 6 and offers a large eat-in kitchen, sliders opening to the deck from the living room, ocean view from master bedroom and parking for 3 cars or boat. Fernandina Beach on Amelia Island is only 20 minutes from the Jacksonville airport and 30 minutes from the new Jacksonville cruise ship port. Unit A is described in this site. Great family escape steps from beautiful beach

We rented both sides of the duplex to accommodate the whole family. Very relaxing atmosphere for lounging or heading to the beach. Enjoyed watching sunrises and sunsets from the balcony and walking along the beach looking for shells, etc. Just walk down the back steps and you are right on the beach. Owner very friendly. The island offered great seafood, barbecue, local pizza establishments - varied dining within driving distance, and easy shopping for groceries, if you like to fix breakfast. Downtown shops were really fun. Also enjoyed local state parks. I would recommend this to family and friends.

The accomodations on Fletcher Ave were great. Being so close to the beach and ocean were just what we were looking for. The unit itself was very clean and fully furnished. Floors were newly tiled and carpeted and all of the furniture was new. We'll definately rent again next year. John & Mary Watts
