Apartment, 2 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 2 Baths, (Sleeps 4-6)

Looking for a relaxing place to have a wonderful vacation? Our beach home is located in Oceanside Village, a private gated community with 24 hour security. We have four beautiful fishing lakes, tennis courts, basketball court, large softball field, volleyball court, bocce courts, horseshoes and lots of walking space.

There is also a playground area for small children. The village is located on approximately 180 acres.

Tupelo Bay Golf, which has an executive course, par 3 and miniature golf course are located directly across from the village.

It is a five minute golf cart ride to the beach, and a short walk to the outdoor pool.

Our home is ready for your family to enjoy. It features two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, ceiling fan and private bath. The guest bedroom has twin beds, dresser, ceiling fan and cable TV. The living room has a pull out queen size sofa bed, ceiling fan and cable TV, DVD player, and stereo.

Our kitchen is fully equipped with all the comforts of home.

We ask that you provide your own paper products and linens.

Also, we ask that you leave the home in the condition that you found it as we have no maid service.

There is a $75.00 sanitizing fee to be sent along with your deposit.

A Golf Cart is provided for easy access to the pools and beach with private beach parking. YOU MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE and have a valid driver's license to operate the golf cart.

We request that you not smoke inside, and no pets are allowed. We rent only to families and those over the age of 21. Rental is from Saturday to Saturday.

Check in time is 3:00 PM on Saturday and check out time is 10:00 AM

This was our "Last Minute, End of Summer" vacation., The house was beautiful and Fran was great.
Everything we needed was right there. We could not have picked a better place.
Thanks Bubba for the ice. It came in handy.
We have three kids and everyone was very comfortable.

This is the second time my family has stayed at Oceanside Village, & it is a fantastic place for a family vacation. This is a beautiful, clean, comfortable home with all the desired amenities. The house is close to the outdoor pool & playgrounds, as well as a very short golf cart ride to the beach. Fran & Bubba are fantastic- so hospitable & accomodating. They were readily available for any questions or needs & were so thoughtful to make sure we had a cooler full of ice to take to the beach every day. My husband will definitely miss the golf cart! I would recommend this rental to anyone- you won't be disappointed. I would most definitely stay there again (the only thing I would change is to make it pet-friendly). Thank you, Fran & Bubba!

This was the best vacation ever. The accomodations were excellent, very clean, friendly owners near the beach and all of the other ammenties you could want when on vacation. Lots of shopping and places to eat. Having a golf cart included is an added bonus, just a short ride to the beach pools and other outdoor activities. My girls and I can't wait for next year. This place should be experienced to completely appreciate.

Had such a wonderful time staying in this home. Fran & Bubba were so wonderful to rent from. They have all the things that you need and want. Everything was so clean and nice. They gave us ice every morning for the beach and the golf cart was great. We have stayed here many times and love it more and more everytime we go. Can't wait to go back in Sept.

An absolutely beautiful, tastefully decorated apartment. Everything was extremely clean and the furnishing were excellent. Very easy access to the beach via golf cart. Would definitely return and recommend to my friends and family. Bubba and Fran are great host.
