This two bedroom, two bathroom cottage is located just footsteps from the harbor and Francis Street Beach, and is a short walk (0.3 mile) to Main Street. The cottage, which was completely renovated in the summer of 2004, has an open floor plan with living room, dining room, and kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Mature plantings and hedges surround the property.
