Lovely like-new home located on small family farm just south of Hendersonville, NC. The property overlooks beautiful Lake Summit. Enjoy the peace and quiet of a country setting just 7 miles from town. Zirconia has easy access to Interstate 26, 40, and HWYs 25, 225, & 176. We are just 30 minutes from Greenville, SC, 45 minutes from Spartanburg, SC, and 35 minutes from Asheville, NC. Only 4 miles down the road is the quaint town of Saluda, NC with fine dining, antique shops, country general store (you won't find Wal-Mart here) and the world famous Wildflower Bakery. We are located in the heart of waterfall country with many just a short drive away. Bring your dog and enjoy training at one of the country's top agility schools located on the other side of the 20 acre property.

Farm activities: Wake up to the crowing of those crazy roosters. The tinkling of sheep bells will lull you to sleep. Sit on one of three porches and watch the animals graze. Feed the chickens under the shade of a giant chestnut tree. Gather & enjoy colored eggs from our flock of rare breed chickens. Remember your visit with a photograph in the goat wagon. Spring: Take part in lambing. Enjoy the dogwoods. Summer: Natural water slide at Sliding Glass Rock in Pisgah Forest. A day trip to the Devil's Courthouse on the Blue Ridge Parkway. Rafting on the Nantahala...Swing in the hammock in the White Pine grove (Careful... snoring disturbs the baby Bluebirds). Fall: The best fall color this side of Paradise. Winter: Go sledding in the pasture. Build a snow dog. Year round: Hike with your dog off leash on our .5 mile woods walk or go three miles to the Carl Sandburg Home for an invigorating stroll up Glassy Mountain.
