Beautiful 2 bedroom/2 bathroom villa-condo, right on the golf course with lake view. The villa is located on a cul-de-sac in a very lovely and quiet up-scale neighborhood with breathtaking landscaping and Florida sunsets.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, dresser and 2 night stands, walk-in closet and its private bathroom. The second bedroom has a two twin beds, 2 night stands, a dresser and a closet next to a second full bathroom.

The dining and family room open to a large fully equipped kitchen and a screened patio overlooking the golf course and the lake. The family room comes fully furnished with a 5 seated recliner couch that converts into a sleeper for two. All the rooms are air-conditioned and have ceiling fans, there is also a laundry room with washer and dryer and a covered carport.

The house offers a spacious open floor plan, and is a lovely vacation home that is ideal for either a quiet or an active family vacation with or without children.

Venice is convenient to Tampa (65 miles north)and Fort-Myers (55 miles south) on I-75 .

For a small added fee, our social membership can be transfer to you for the time of your stay, giving you access to the following:

Fitness room, olympic swimming pool, jacuzzi, library and clubhouse. It will also enable you to play tennis, golf and to enjoy the restaurant at the clubhouse at your own expense.

Tennis courts fees are as follows:

(Limited to 8 times per month per membership)

October 2012 thru April 2013: $15.00

April 2013 thru September 2013: $5.00

Golf green fees are as follows:

(Limited to two 18 hole rounds per month per membership)

October 2012: $32.00

November 2012 thru April 2013 : $52.50

May 2013 thru September 2013' $32.00

Electric cart rental fee: $20.50

Golf club renta fee: $30.00

Included in the rental price is a social membership that transfers automatically to the tenants, allowing you to enjoy 3 heated swimming pools, a jacuzzi and a state of the art fitness/exercise room for free, all that within 4 minutes walking distance from the villa. For an extra fee at the tenant's expense, you will be able to play on the private golf and tennis courses.

Nearby, you can rent kayaks, boats, motor scooters, pontoon boats or charter fishing trips offshore. At less than 1 to 3 hours of driving time, you can take day trips to Disney, MGM or Universal parks in Orlando, the Bush Gardens park in Tampa, the Edison Home in Fort-Myers, or the Ringling museum, Selby Gardens, Mote Marine, and other events in Sarasota.

The villa is also conveniently located near our beautiful beaches of Venice, Manasota and Englewood.

A Great FL Rental!

This villa had all we could ask for in a Florida rental. The house is spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a beautiful view from the family room, lanai, and patio. It's located within short driving distance to many golf courses (which is our primary activity), and having the Plantation Social Membership transfer for the month enabled us to use the great fitness center and pool at the Clubhouse as well as the restaurant, driving range and putting green. The owners were very accommodating and easy to work with.

The villa is delightful, the area is beautiful, our time here was very special. The owners couldn't be nicer or more gracious. We will miss our daily visit from a hairy egret outside the lanai, the cranes and herons, the view and the many beaches from which to choose. Everything was accurate in the listing.
