Beautiful 2 bedroom/2 bathroom villa-condo, right on the golf course with lake view. The villa is located on a cul-de-sac in a very lovely and quiet up-scale neighborhood with breathtaking landscaping and Florida sunsets. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, dresser and 2 night stands, walk-in closet and its private bathroom. The second bedroom has a two twin beds, 2 night stands, a dresser and a closet next to a second full bathroom. The dining and family room open to a large fully equipped kitchen and a screened patio overlooking the golf course and the lake. The family room comes fully furnished with a 5 seated recliner couch that converts into a sleeper for two. All the rooms are air-conditioned and have ceiling fans, there is also a laundry room with washer and dryer and a covered carport. The house offers a spacious open floor plan, and is a lovely vacation home that is ideal for either a quiet or an active family vacation with or without children.

At less than 1 to 3 hours of driving time, you can take day trips to Disney, MGM or Universal parks in Orlando, the Bush Gardens park in Tampa, the Edison Home in Fort-Myers, or the Ringling museum, Selby Gardens, Mote Marine, and other events in Sarasota. The villa is also conveniently located near our beautiful beaches of Venice, Manasota and Englewood.

This is a first rate vacation villa. The place is spacious, comfortable, very clean and full of amenities. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the lanai and the views of the lake, golf course and setting sun.
