This beautiful apartment was completely renovated in 2005. It is in a fabulous location, just 100 metres from the Promenade des Anglais and the sea! It is a two minute walk from the some of the best shopping and restaurants in Nice and is only ten minutes from the heart of the old town. A car is not at all necessary but there are secure underground car parks close by. It is a good sized one bedroom apartment with a fully equipped kitchen and a large interior facing balcony. Everything is completely new and nicely furnished. It is perfect for a couple but can accommodate 4 with two further people using the sofa bed in the sitting-room.

This lovely apartment is very well located and accessible. From the airport you can take a bus for 4 euros to the Negresco hotel on the promenade. Walk up Rue de Rivoli and you'll find the apartment on the corner of the second street, (Rue de la Buffa). Or alternatively you could get a taxi straight there for about 30 euros. Based here it's possible to explore the whole of the south of France. Cannes, Monaco & many stunning coastal villages are within 30 mins reach by train or car. It is a beautiful part of the world with many places of interest only a short trip away. Nice really has it all:- A continental climate with the possibility of year-round swimming but also a skibus which gets you to the mountains during ski season in under 2 hours. It has beaches, historical old buildings, museums, a characterful old town, food, flowers and antiques markets and street cafes on every corner. Our apartment is within easy reach of everything. Additional information about rental rates

  • Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. Good discounts given for longer stays. Minimum stay 4 nights (unless you twist our arms and we'll agree to let it for 3). Fees include one set of linen and towels for the master bedroom. A surplus charge of £25 for cleaning and laundery is payable if the sofa bed is needed for extra guests. The apartment will sleep a maximum of 4. There is a washing machine.
  • We also ask for a damage deposit of £100 which is completely refundable on the understanding that you leave the apartment as tidy as you found it and without any breakages.

Apartment near the Promenade des Anglais

This flat was exactly as described. It was immaculatey clean on arrival with modern kitchen and bathroom. We received the keys well before we set off and the flat was easy to find.
I would certainly recommend this to a friend, especially to a couple who are wanting to enjoy walking by the sea or swimming as the sea was warm at the end of October. We spent half our week in Nice walking and discovering the town. We visited Monaco which was very easy to do by bus costing one euro each way with lovely views en route. I would recommend a walk from Villefranche to Beaulieu along the coast. We have visited Nice on several occasions and would recommend this position, being near to the central part of the Promenade des Anglais.
We would certainly love to return and would stay again at this flat.

Fabulous flat in a fabulous location

The flat was everything we needed for a week in the sun. It was near the beach, the city centre and train station as well as easy to get to from the airport. It was well equipped for us to cook if we wanted, and quiet enough for the kids to sleep really well.

Great location, 2 blocks from the beach

The one bedroom flat was exactly as describe. It had ample closet space, a renovated kitchen and bathroom and fans for the hot summer time. It was in a quiet building and 2 blocks away from the beach. I highly recommend it to anyone that wants to be in the center of it all. The sofa bed in the living room is good for another person or couple as well. Being on the first floor made it easy to come and go but there is an elevator incase you need it.

Great Apartment in a Great Spot

Really enjoyed our stay in this apartment, Myself and my girlfriend stayed here for four nights. The actual location was excellent, really easy to find, just off the promenade and close to the old town where we had a leisurly stroll to and from each evening along the promenade itself. The apartment was well kitted out, everything we needed was there, and it was spotlessly clean, bed was comfortable and got a greats nights sleep each night. I would definitely recomend this apartment and when we return to Nice which we definitely will, we will have no hesitations in staying here again. Thanks again to James, Camilla and Jane.

Perfect base for a sunny winter break

Clean, quiet, well-equipped, and an excellent location near the beach, great cafes, shops etc. There’s even a great little independent cinema that shows English language films subtitled in French about 30 seconds walk away. Thanks v much, we’ll definitely be back!
