The Jennison Home at Old Bahama Bay is a lavish two story, four bedroom villa, situated on a beautifully landscaped corner canal lot, a mere 300 yards from the crystal clear ocean. This home is truly set up to experience outdoor living at its best with outdoor access to porches and patios from every room. The home boasts a 'zero edge' heated swimming pool surrounded by a dramatic patio with a large 'Tiki Hut' style wet bar. There is a fully equipped 80' dock only minutes from world class fishing and diving.

The main living quarters; kitchen, great room and master suite, are on the upper floor. There is a large wrap-around balcony that provides an outside eating area off of the kitchen and awesome views from every room. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen is impressive with stainless appliances and beautiful cherry cabinetry. The lower level has two guest rooms with private baths and patios, and a game room. The fourth bedroom is separated from the main house and opens onto the dock

The great room has a very wide open feel with lots of light coming from large windows and high ceilings. It is tastefully decorated with rich leather sofas and art collectibles. The master suite feels very comfortable with oversized carved wooden furniture. Large windows open to a lovely balcony overlooking the canals and the ocean with picture perfect sunset views.

The lower floor has two stunningly decorated guest rooms with ocean views, private entrances, and patios adjacent to the patio/pool area. The guest rooms each have a bath with shower. Also on the lower level is an informal living area which serves as a game room with a pool table, dart board and game table and floor-to-ceiling windows opening to the pool.

The fourth bedroom is detached from the main house. It's great for some mature kids who like to make noise. It opens onto the dock. It has a big screen HDTV with video games. It has a twin over double bunk bed with a trundle bed with two singles. It has a full bath

The large island of Grand Bahama offers an almost limitless variety of things to do. Within 30 to 45 minute drive are several of the best golf couses in the Caribbean. The Freeport/ Lucaya area has a casino and numerous restaurants with all types of food. Nearby is the 'Dolphin Experience' which allows you to learn about and swim with dolphins. The shopping is great, and tours can be arranged to visit the vast natural attractions of the island

Old Bahama Bay is an up-scale, yet unpretentious boutique resort that gives the true 'out island' feeling. It is a really laid back experience while still having the excitement of Freeport and Lucaya with its restaurants, and entertainment nearby. It is becoming a retreat for the rich and famous, so don't be surprised who you might run into. All amenities of the resort are available to the renter. These include a pristine white sand beach with Hobie cats, sailfish, windsurfing, and kayaks. Also available are bicycles, fitness center and spa services. Awesome deep sea fishing, reef fishing and shallows bone fishing are all available within a short distance of the resort. The crystal clear waters surrounding the resort provide easy access to world-class diving and snorkeling. The historic fishing village of West End, with its island charm and local cuisine lies just outside the gates of the resort.
