I'm not getting that so Ill just write it here and you write it for me and sigh it.
It took me 3 days before I noticed the mobile in the bedroom and another 10 before I noticed the rabbit in the kitchen!
What else is hidden in my charming, lovely casita?
I love that it felt like home from day one. You can see and feel the love that was put into it.....best of all Casita Elana has a sense of humor. I felt so at home, I truly did not want to leave.
I discovered De Vargus mall about a week before I left. You take a right on San Francisco St. till it practically runs into it. I loved Sprouts grocery store and the mall has a nice little movie theater.
The location is wonderful no matter which way your going. Thank you so much for my lovely stay.
I have had the pleasure of spending a month at Casita Elena, and cannot say enough about the wonderful landlords and the clean and beautifully decorated historic casita. I came here without my car, but it proved to be no problem, as stores and the center of town is in easy walking distance. The washer and dryer made the extended stay easy, and the generous start up provisions were very helpful. I have felt so cared for and highly recommend this beauty to anyone visiting the area. If you do bring a car, there is parking provided. The kitchen had plenty of utensils etc. to cook great meals, I really enjoyed the fireplace. You will want to come back!
An excellent "base camp" for everything you want to do in Santa Fe, and beyond.
Linda warmly welcomed us when we arrived and promptly responded to any query during our stay.
The casita was everything as promised - we would not hesitate to return to Casita Elena.
My husband and I came here on our honeymoon - it was perfect! In fact, it was such a perfect little casita that we probably didn't get out and see Santa Fe as much as we should have! We spent hours in front of the fire place - and were able to easily cook in with such a well thought-out kitchen. The little couch pulls out to make movie watching for two more comfortable. I would go back in a second - and have recommended this place to all my friends and family.
Wonderful time in Santa Fe. Easy walk from the Rail Runner trail and to the plaza and Canyon Road. The décor is very stylish and comfortable, fun and colorful with a cozy fireplace. We were provided with breakfast material which was very convenient. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
What a spectacular home base for a visit to Santa Fe. Private and quiet yet blocks away from the center of town. You are immersed in Southwestern culture in a beautiful home filled with lovely details. We couldn't have picked a better place for our first visit to Santa Fe and would certainly rent this home again.
I took my wife on a surprise romantic trip to Santa Fe on the 4th of July weekend. She loved Casita Elena because it's pretty cozy and in walking distance to the Plaza.
Linda, the owner, was very thoughtful as she had a bottle of wine and some food for us to prepare breakfast.
We would definitely recommend this Casita to other couples.
