The Nouveau Delaney Apartment is a split-level apartment on the second floor of one of the magnificent Regency buildings towards the end of the Old Steine as you walk towards the pier. It is comprised of a large open-plan kitchen/lounge, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The apartment benefits from Virgin TV and two Wifi channels as we know how important the internet is these days. Local shopping and eating establishments are everywhere - you'll be spoilt for choice!

There is no outside space with this apartment so unfortunately we cannot accept smokers.
No pets allowed.
The nearest supermarket is Sainsbury's, just a few paces away. This is a smaller Sainsbury's so is expensive and doesn't have much of a selection. It also has no liquor license. So best to shop at Morrisons on St James' Street which is only about a three-minute walk. Nearest cash point is Sainsbury's or Royal Bank of Scotland across the road.
