This spacious 4-bedroom/3-bath beach villa is located in the secure, gated, beachfront community of Playacar, Phase 1 - on the southern edge of Playa del Carmen. This is the best vacation spot in all of the Mayan Riviera. It's just steps from the home's front door to the white sandy beaches and blue waters of the Caribbean Sea. An abundance of beautiful fish makes for great snorkeling. Or, you can simply relax and enjoy life on the beach. The beautiful gardens surrounding this home are filled with tropical flowers, banana trees, and plants from the jungle. The open terraces of El Regalo offer a relaxing place to enjoy the spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea, Cozumel Island to the east, and beautiful sunsets over the green jungle to the west. A short walk past Mayan ruins will bring you to the Cozumel ferry dock and Playa del Carmen's colorful Fifth Avenue Pedestrian Walkway. There you can enjoy shopping opportunities, fine dining, and evening nightlife.

This 3-story vacation home has a spacious living room, dining room, a large modern, well-equipped kitchen, 4 large bedrooms with beautiful mahogany wardrobes, and three bathrooms. There are fans in all rooms; all bedrooms are equipped with individual air-conditioners. This home is designed for individual comfort, while providing space & atmosphere for a relaxed gathering of friends and family. The first level has an entry vestibule, three elegant bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a laundry room, and a terrace. On the second level has a master bedroom, one bathroom, a spacious dining and living room, the kitchen with wet bar any gourmet chef will enjoy, a terrace, and a gorgeous living room with satellite Dish Network, a DVD, tape player, and a wetbar. The 3rd and 4th levels are open furnished terraces.

The 16 of us stayed at Casa El Regalo past December and want to send our comments, The Villa location is perfect!! walking distance to everything, beach,5 Av,House is sooo beautiful clean and nice terraces. The property manager Esperanza have very good tips of what to do and where to go, with "normal prices ! and excelent places, we enjoyed going to the cave with Alex , Yalku snorkeling,and the 2 minutes walking sandy beaches. Everything was handle soooo profesional from the reservation, pick up service, stay and departure!!!

we will be back.

Extended family from CA, OR, WA, PA and CT was here to celebrate the wedding of Sebastion and Jenny. What a WONDERFUL time we had! The house was perfect for us - we enjoyed the gorgeous beach, walking to town and just relaxing.
