This Spanish Style home is only 5 years young and has over 2500 sq. ft. of living area on one level. The kitchen, living room and veranda all have fabulous views of Lake Berryessa. The home is fully air conditioned, has a fireplace in the living room and one outside in the veranda and has 3 large bedrooms with 2 full baths all done with Italian tile. Included is a full laundry area, dishwasher and fully stocked with utensils and linens. There is a extra room that can be used a fourth bedroom and has two cots for extra guests. Once there, quests can take a drive to Napa Valley for some fine wine or great food or drive north and enjoy a message or mud bath in Calistoga and then enjoy a beautiful drive south through Pope Valley back to the house. For some adventure, you can drive north to Guinda and hop on a one or two day white water river rafting excursion through Cache Creek Canyon. You might see some elk or bald eagles.

Car: necessary
Walk to the water in a few minutes and enjoy the warm waters of Lake Berryessa. Within 20 minutes drive of Napa Valley and many famous wineries. Within 5 minutes to your boat launch with your own slip at Putah Creek Resort. Within 30 minutes to Middletown for a night of gaming at Twin Pines Casino or drive to Cache Creek Casino for some serious gaming. Take a drive to Calistoga on the beautiful Pope Valley road for a message or mud bath. If you want to take a swim you can also walk down to the shore in about 5 minutes and enjoy the serenity of a quiet cove. Take an incredible drive northeast to Guinda on Hwy 16 for some white water river rafting on the Cache Creek. Golfers can golf at Aetna Springs Golf Course just up the road and enjoy playing on one of the oldest courses in the state.
