Our Heritage Villa is a Spacious end unit TH backing to The Sea Pines Racquet Club, and only 1 block to the Heritage Golf Course and World Famous Harbourtown! Unique, you have free tennis at the Sea Pines Racquet Club when you stay at our house! Our three bedroom/three bath townhouse is light and bright featuring skylights and cathedral ceilings. We have newer white kitchen cabinets and appliances. There are 3 generous size bedrooms (two master bedrooms upstairs and one down) Each bedroom has a private bath and TV. The living room features a sleeper sofa, and there are sliding glass doors in the living room and dining room leading to the large double patio with new furniture and gas grill! Backing to Court #22 of the Sea Pines Racquet Club! There is an outside shower (great to have when coming home from the beach), and a storage area(Great for bikes)! The Harbour Town Trolley stops right outside the door and takes you all over Sea Pines at no charge

A Disaster

This rental from 8/1-8/8 was a complete disaster.Owner called immediately and apprised because of the dirty conditions and no hot water The doormat and door were filthy. Dining room chairs mismatched and broken. Couches were so dirty that the zipper on one the the cushions was up front to hide the dirt. One of the couches was damaged so if you sat in it you sunk. The outdoor patio was not usable it was so dirty and the outdoor furniture and grill was so dirty that we could not use it. The downstairs bedroom had old dirty bedspreads and no blankets-only top sheets. Downstairs bath disgusting.Upstairs bed in one room broken-only 3wheels so bed was on tilt. The mattresses were old and dirty. Pillows were ready for garbage and extra pillows were all ripped up. Blankets in closet when put on bed was like being at the beach-full of sand. One bath had a broken toilet seat. One bath had broken towel racks where if you went near it you could rip your skin. Shower doors did not close. Condition of showersIf was filth.The owner sent in a cleaning girl but this was beyond cleaning.He had hot water fixed.. Do you want to be a maintanance person on your vacation ?
