Hakuna Matata is a luxurious oceanfront home built in 2001. 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths. This home has an open floor plan with two living rooms. The home offers an inverted floor plan with four bedrooms and living room on the first floor and a huge kitchen, living room, dining room and master suite on the second floor. A perfect home for friends and family to get together for a relaxing and fun time at the beach. Ocean views from almost every room in the house. Considered one of the finest homes on Folly Beach. It is very well appointed with all new furnishings and appliances. The many porches on the back of the house is perfect for watching sunsets or the dolphins swim by. Private beach access directly off back porches. Within walking distance to center of downtown Folly Beach and pier. Closest beach to downtown Charleston. Start making memories today!!

The house was absolutely perfect for my family's needs layout wise. The kitchen could have been better stocked with the basics; glassware, dishes and the like.

Screens were missing from the front door, allowing easy entrance to pesky bugs and the dishwasher was inoperable so we were not happy about being a slave to sink. The range cooktop, although new, was not properly cleaned. Too bad as it is a nice one. The house sways which was an unusual shock to the senses. Guess we never lived in a house on pilings before.

The view was fantastic. The bedding was oh so comfortable. I long for the sound of the ocean's waves lapping upon the shore.
