Sunny contemporary midway between South Beach and Edgartown .Large living area with entertainment center, open to well appointed kitchen makes for comfortable entertaining and relaxing. Quiet location on dead-end street, spacious 'upside down' house with all amenities. Large deck facing southern exposure, complete with outdoor dining and lounge chairs. Screened-in porch adjacent to deck and kitchen with comfortable seating and teak table for 'bug-free' dining. After beach outdoor enclosed shower.

Ambiance: The open air feel and second story living area, deck and screened in porch give the feeling of complete privacy and seclusion. The sunny deck is perfect for sunning or outdoor dining. The screened porch offers a quiet respite for reading or relaxing, and includes a teak table for al fresco dining. The house has a well appointed Kitchen and comfortable seating for 8. A private, enclosed after beach shower is perfect for rinsing off the beach before relaxing.
