Oceanfront (Bayside) cottage on Chebeague Island, Maine (15 minute ferry ride), tastefully furnished with at-home amenities. Updated four season home with large master bedroom overlooking the bay (queen plus twin bed) and 2nd bedroom with single bed and port-a-crib.Nook off living room with double bed. 2 Full bathrooms. Bunkhouse adjacent to main house with queen bed and set of bunk beds. Large living room with dining area and office desk. Separate den area adjacent to modern kitchen. Mud room with washer/dryer. Two decks, one facing the bay less than 50 feet from the water's edge. Small boat access on property. Mooring rental and bike loans available. 5 minute walk to the Island store, tennis, golf, dining and ferry. On Island children's camp, sailing school and recreation center with outdoor swimming pool. Inquire regarding island vehicle use.

Library with Internet access plus good books, movie, game and puzzle loan, music CDs including opera. Recreation Center with gym and outdoor pool. Tennis and 9-hole golf clubs with visitor access. 2 small gift shops and post office, boat yard, Rummage shop, Island Inn with dining, Crab Shack for lunch,dinner and ice cream. Convenience Grocery store, Historical Society. Two Ferries: Portland's Casco Bay Ferry to fine dining, shopping, boat cruises and entertainment in Portland. Chebeague Transportation Company Ferry from Yarmouth (Cousin's Island) 10 minutes from Rte. 1 to Freeport outlet shopping and the home of L.L. Bean, 20 minutes to Brunswick and Bowdoin College.
