Great access to ocean (Nauset) and bay (Skaket & Rock Harbor) beaches. Great paddling within 1/4 of a mile. Private wooded 2/3 acre lot. Outdoor shower. Screen porch. Play set with sandbox, slide and swings. Great location for activities like surfing, kayaking and canoeing. Also great for simple relaxation.

One of the best vacation spots around.
