Spacious master bedroom upstairs with a loft adjacent that is great for kids, plus a basement bunkroom for the older kids. Quiet tree-lined streets of a very desirable section of East Orleans on Barley Neck. Great access to ocean (Nauset) and bay (Skaket & Rock Harbor) beaches. Great paddling within 1/4 of a mile. Private wooded 2/3 acre lot. Outdoor shower. Screen porch. Patio surrounded by beautiful gardens. Play set with sandbox, slide and swings. Tree house with deck for the kids and adults to play in. Great location for activities like surfing, kayaking and canoeing. Also great for simple relaxation.

East Orleans is known for its classic Cape experience. Complete with great restaurants, the best beaches around, a fishing fleet harbor, Cape Cod league baseball, the National Seashore, fresh water swimming ponds, bike trails, lots of hiking on conservation land, open ocean activities (surfing, deep sea fishing, sailing) as well as lots of protected bays and harbors. One of the best vacation spots around.

Great House w/water issues

The house was perfect for a multi-family getaway. The treehouse is amazing!!! However, when we arrived at the house, there was 3 inches of sudsy water covering the entire basement floor and it smelled of mildew. Apparently the folks who had left 3 days prior had not heeded a warning about the washer and flooded the basement where our 6 children were supposed to sleep. We had to pull out the 2 large, soaked carpets and rent a wet-vac to get the water out. The kids never got to sleep down stairs because of the mildew. After cleaning for the 1st four hours of our vacation we did have a great time, but didn't get any refund for our cleaning services. Great place...beware of the washer.
